When will my order ship?

It usually takes us 2-5 business days to process and pack your order (shipping time isn’t included). Once your order is packed and handed off to the carrier, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it!

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as they enter production within 48 hours of being submitted.

Do I need to pay customs on my orders?

For our European customers, the prices on our website include VAT, which is calculated based on your country of residence and displayed clearly on your invoice. This means that you should not expect any additional VAT charges upon delivery. However, for orders exceeding €150, additional customs duties or clearance fees may apply, depending on your country's regulations.
